recently...

...some extremely welcome rain arrived a couple of weeks ago - much appreciated by the garden & resulting some lovely morning-light sparkliness...

...finished a new batch of copper & bronze clay pieces in time for market...

...not so dark on morning walks now that daylight savings is finished, but the mornings are getting colder - I'm sure our first frosty walk isn't far away...

...back at Wirrabara Producers Market on a sunny Easter Sunday & a lovely weekend at Flinders Street Market last week (& our new gazebo had its début)...

...think I might have mentioned before that we don't get lots of autumn colour around here (mostly non-deciduous trees), but there's one across the road from the information centre & I spent a bit of time taking photos last time I had a shift there...

...speaking of colour - finished off my batch of polymer too...

...baked a batch of Anzac biscuits on ANZAC day - it seemed like the right thing to & also they just taste awesome. Also made another batch of double chocolate banana muffins & we ate a bit of easter chocolate too...

...a few roses blooming in the morning light & some more bits & pieces on my window sill...

...& had fun playing along with April Love 2015 on instagram (even if I only did about half the themes).

lovely links...

Even wetter & colder than my last links post, we have had a very wintry, rainy start to winter. Thankfully it didn't rain on market day, so we're doing our best to enjoy it...

Very much enjoying Rosa's 100 days of Summer - this, this & this, with many more to come (she's only up to day twenty-two & I had trouble only picking three).

There are so many wonderful places - visiting Seattle looks like fun (especially Pike Place Market), hiking in Arkansas, or walking around Gothenburg.

Some beautifully foggy photographs 1 | 2 | 3 | 4

A beautiful Scottish wedding (check out the bride's shoes), a lovely Melbourne wedding & an atmospheric Lake District wedding.

We're focusing on eating extra healthy for the next three weeks at least, so some (reasonably) healthy recipes that look interesting: Vanilla Chia Pudding, Winter Greens + Crispy Quiona Salad, Lazy Girl's Zucchini Pasta, Chewy Granola Bars.

& the lovely Kellie from 74 Lime Lane featured my jewellery over on her blog.

recently...

...been enjoying the rainy weather - we need the rain & it is such a beautiful sound, especially when you can stay cosy & warm inside...

...it wasn't quite what we were planning, but we enjoyed our walk in the rain too...

...the wintry weather has well & truly set in - makes it very hard to leave my warm, cosy bed every morning...

...treated myself to some beautiful new earrings, also a gorgeous new jumper...

...got the macro lens out for a play for the first time in ages - dandelion + droplet at the top of this post...

...also taken a heap of new jewellery photos, now they just need editing...

...baked magic custard cake for Mother's Day & then made 'spouffle' for dinner (soufflé with pasta in it), also rhubarb & cinnamon cake & honey choc chip biscuits...

...also, a touch of tranquil beauty.

raindrops...

Falling rain is such a beautiful sound, especially when you're safely tucked up inside. :)

After our record-breaking November heat wave, it's finally cooled down here....& it's raining too.
I really hope we don't break any more heat wave records this summer, perhaps such a hot spring means we'll have a mild summer.....well, I can dream.
